The Embarcadero Resort Hotel and Marina located in picturesque Newport, Oregon overlooking the beautiful Yaquina Bay will solidify its quest for maintenance excellence by implementing eMaint’s X3 on-demand CMMS. Using X3 to manage all aspects of maintenance, owners and guests will be assured that the Embarcadero’s facility will be maintained at the highest standards possible. In the near future, the Embarcadero will be implementing the X3 email module, providing owners the capacity to request work to be done on their units, even while they are away.
