Direct Group to Manage Client Maintenance and Repair Work with eMaint X3 Online CMMS

eMaint Enterprises is proud to announce that the Direct Group, headquartered in New Boston, MI has selected its X3 Online Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage maintenance at client facilities.  The Direct Group will employ eMaint X3 Online in its mission to deliver the highest quality of service to its facilities customers while providing valuable documentation and reporting of the work and services being fulfilled.  The team will also use eMaint University, an online learning platform containing multiple training videos, to develop system knowledge.  Considerations for selection by Direct Group leaders included X3’s web-hosted format, ease-of-use and a highly configurable dashboard to demonstrate results.  To see examples of Work Order tracking dashboards please visit http://www.emaint.com/work-order.php.
