On behalf of everyone here at eMaint, I want to wish you and your family a Happy New Year.

During the past twelve months, we focused on bringing you many new features and enhancements to your eMaint X3 system, including:

• Advancements to the Scheduling tool
• Gantt Chart support
• Enhanced PM management tools
• Improved Reporting
• Vendor Portal and Document Storage

We also enjoyed meeting many customers face-to-face during our User Group Summit sessions and bringing you monthly workshops and best practices webinars.

Based on the feedback we received from our customer survey last month, we are in the process of updating and expanding our training courses and service offerings. We look forward to sharing details of these new offerings with you early in 2011.

2011 will mark the 25th anniversary of eMaint. We are proud to count you among the nearly 5000 customers we serve at 750 organizations in 27 countries. Our focus over the years has been on building an ongoing relationship with each and every client, and building our business one customer at a time.
