eMaint has recently announced the creation of its 4we4me program. Brian Samelson, President and CEO, states, "4we4me is an innovation strategy that reinforces our desired corporate culture of encouraging employees to integrate autonomous work alongside with structured task work. This initiative will allow and reward every employee at eMaint to pursue a project of their own design and passion."
The 4we4me strategy is inspired by the "Google 20% Time" and "Atlassian FedEx days" programs. The goal of 4we4me is to foster creativity and encourage innovation, in an effort to make the product better for eMaint customers and improve the overall success of the company.
By providing dedicated time to work on projects that interest them, we hope to inspire employees to take a fresh look at how they approach their daily tasks and turn great ideas into reality.
