New Customers Choose eMaint CMMS in the New Year

eMaint's CMMS user base has grown consistently throughout it's 25 years in business. eMaint is pleased to have surpassed 5000 users in 2011 and welcomes several more this New Year.

City of Minneapolis (Traffic and Parking):The Minneapolis Municipal Parking System is comprised of 17 parking ramps and 8 surface lots. These Ramps and Lots encompass over 20,000 parking spaces. Conveniently located in the warehouse, entertainment, and business districts, these facilities are under the direction of the City of Minneapolis Public Works Department, Traffic and Parking Services Division.

Northstar Agri Industries: A fully integrated canola processing and refining facility.

Faith Management: Added an additional location to the eMaint team.  

All Maintenance: A new contract maintenance facility.

OCCG Achieves $3 Million In Savings With CMMS Implementation

Orange County Container Group, a leading integrated paperboard and paper-based packaging manufacturer operating within the U.S. and Northern Mexico was recently featured in the the August/September 2011 issue of Uptime Magazine for achieveing over $3 million in savings with their eMaint X3 CMMS. 

Bill Chant, Director of Maintenance and Engineering at OCCG, launched the CMMS pilot after ensuring it met several guidelines including:

Integration with corporate accounting systems

Bi-lingual product and customer support

Strong security settings and ability to limit rights by user for ISO compliance

Within the first year of implementation of eMaint X3 CMMS and a team effort involving maintenance, IT, accounting, auditors, suppliers, Chant was able to achieve:

• Decrease in overtime by 1/2 hour each day per technician for $200,000 in savings
  
• 99% on-time completion rate
• 1% decrease in downtime with $500,000 in savings
  
• 4% decrease in waste spoilage with $2,000,000 in savings
  
• 70% reduction in next day air charges for $70,000 in savings

The City of Long Beach in New York Selects eMaint X3 Online

 

The City of Long Beach, which is located 45 minutes from New York City and has a population of 35,000 people, has selected  eMaint X3 CMMS to help manage maintenance activities throughout the multiple city departments. The city serves its community through 31 departments that oversee daily operations and activities. Within the city there is a tennis center, Skate Park, ice arena, boardwalk, recreation center, and three parks.

 After conducting an evaluation and attending an online product demonstration, Paul Hudson, Superintendent of Buildings, chose eMaint X3 based on the ease of creating PMs, Work Orders, controlling inventory and tracking equipment for town departments including sanitation, recreation, roads and water/sewage. The City of Long Beach selected eMaint University’s Rapid Start Professional Services package as well as an unlimited requestors package that will allow 600 City workers to submit work requests to the maintenance team. We welcome The City of Long Beach to the eMaint community and look forward to meeting their CMMS needs.

 

Harford County Parks and Recreation upgrades eMaint X3 CMMS system

Harford County Parks and Recreation, a division of the Harford County Government in northern Maryland, has upgraded their eMaint from the Lan system to X3 Online CMMS.  The Harford County maintenance team is responsible for maintaining over 100 different parks with strict adherence to environmental standards. They have been using the eMaint system to support their efforts for the past 5 years.

They will be utilizing our eMaint’s Professional Services team to assist in the transition. They are also taking advantage of the emaint University on-demand learning portal for ongoing training.  We look forward to a continued partnership with Harford County Parks and Recreation for many more years to come.

The City of Airway Heights Selects eMaint X3 CMMS

The City of Airway Heights, a growing city located six miles west of Spokane Washington, has selected eMaint X3 CMMS system to help manage their maintenance program for their wastewater treatment facilities.  With pump stations at multiple locations, the City of Airway Heights looks to use the X3 system to monitor all maintenance activities and issue work orders for all of their equipment from multiple offices.  Before purchasing the software, the City opted for a 30 day free trial and found the system perfectly suited to their needs.  eMaint looks forward to working with the City of Airway Heights on a successful CMMS implementation.
