I'm sold on eMaint! I learned first-hand that eMaint Enterprises has developed a highly-flexible CMMS product which can be easily tailored to meet the needs of its customers. eMaint is the culmination of a group of rofessionals meeting the needs of professionals. I recommended eMaint as the program of choice while serving as the Director of Maintenance & Operations for Natomas Unified School District in Sacramento, California. Now, as Director of Facilities for Belmont Abbey College, a small but growing Catholic college located near Charlotte, North Carolina, I have successfully convinced my employer, WFF Facility Services, to adopt eMaint for all of its accounts nationwide. eMaint's service is highly suited for our application, and has been configured to make the fit even better. The staff have preformed countless training sessions and are very willing to resolve any issues that might occur or show us even better ways to utilize their service. Today alone I explained to an employee how we can keep our maintenance records through the use of the work orders instead of a hand written journal log.

Customer Success: Second Presbyterian Church

Second Presbyterian Church, a 175,000 sq. ft. facility in Indianapolis, has been a loyal X3 customer since 2004.  The facilities team uses eMaint to track and manage every aspect of facility maintenance.
