Administration Enhancements
There is now an option under the Administration section in the main menu titled "Site Activity Report" which allows the admin user to view all account activity including the user, the time of access, and the URLs that have been accessed.
The "Remove Deleted Records" screen has been completely overhauled with a new simpler interface.
A new option in the "field customization" menu labeled "Query Tool" which will make a field available for reporting in the query builder. Also, now any new fields added to the system will automatically be set as available in the query builder.
The HTML editor has been modified to run in Microsoft's Internet Explorer Version 7. Inventory and Purchase Order Management Enhancements
New email notification options when a stock inventory item falls below its preset re-order point.
Also, the user will have the ability to manually enter Purchase Order numbers when creating a purchase order. This is in addition to the current automatic Purchase Order numbering system. PM Management Enhancements
PMs can now be set to generate automatically if a PM is due after a meter reading is entered into the system. Also, the PM email settings under the "Change Your Settings" tab have been enhanced with additional options for sending PM work orders via email. Work Order Option Enhancements
Additional Options have been added under the "Change Your Settings" tab, giving the customer the option to print charges, procedures, PM related parts, and asset related parts on an HTML formatted work order.
Now eMaint X3 users will have the ability to change the Work Order count at any point necessary. Behind the Scenes" Support Enhancements
