General System Improvements
Users now have the option to add related information tables to the key data file listings in the system such as assets, work orders, maintenance contacts, and parts.
An enhancement to the Timecard feature allows for the Work Order or Asset information to display when you place your mouse cursor over a list item.
The Copy/Add feature on the asset screen has been enhanced to copy all relevant related table information including name plates, related parts, work procedures, and other new related tables.
The "Add to Query Tool" link at the top of a data dictionary record has been updated to add the field to the query builder as well as the older query tools. Inventory Control Improvements
The Purchase Order PDF has now been enhanced with the ability to add a digital signature using a PDF writer.
The remove field option in the customize form mode has been enhanced to update immediately instead of having to refresh the page to see any adjustments.
The default Purchase Order required by date can be defined at the account level. We have also added a lead time field to the item supplier table that will enable users to set up unique required by dates for each supplier of each part. Bug Fixes
Fixed issue when trying to report on a validated character field in query builder, or display a validated field on the close out screen.
Addressed issue where the asset history was not respecting records marked for deletion. Also fixed problem with date lookups on the detailed history view of a part record.
Resolved the java script error that was produced when setting the Work order date or Request date as a read-only and required field.
Removed the hyperlink from the Part Number Column of the related asset parts when printing a work order with this function enabled.
Adjusted the PM's generate automatically on a meter reading function so that it adheres to the settings in the "PM Email" menu.
Fixed the "Edit User", "Edit Date", and "Edit Time" fields so that they update every time a work order is edited.
The new Site Activity Report has been adjusted to display correct log times. The report feature has also been limited to a query of 7 days as lengthier reports have an adverse affect on server response times.
Fixed the bug where a read-only memo field could still be edited using the "HTML Editor" link.
Adjusted code when outputting a report to the CSV file format in the Query Builder to adapt to Internet Explorer 7's new security features.
Fixed the filters in the Parts Re-Order list to ensure the filters display data from the correct fields.
