General System Enhancements
· Added a new interface panel to Customize Form, which is now called Options, to increase functionality and decrease load times.
· In the new Options menu, users have the ability to hide Related Tables.
· Added a function that will auto-populate the Charges screen’s “Select Employee” field with the current user’s information.
· Improved translations for non-English configurations.
· Added the ability to print a work order’s Assignments table on the HTML Work Order form.
· On the Customize Form page, the system name is now displayed with the field description to help users identify which parts of the form he/she wishes to customize.
Mobile Enhancements
· Mobile users are able to quickly close a work order using the “Display a Work Order” menu option.
· Administration and maintenance contact settings were added to manage the request notification emails.
Bug Fixes
· Removed an Internet Explorer title bar error that appeared on certain windows.
· Corrected an issue that allowed Date/Time fields to be edited when not in edit mode.
· Fixed a bug that appeared in certain Query Builder configurations with null values.
· Fixed an issue that caused an error when an apostrophe was used in a Related Table’s title.
· Fixed a JavaScript error in the Purchase Order Center.
· Fixed an error in the Deleted Records screen found in some Computex Fleet accounts.
· Cleaned up the validation process when creating a new line item on a Purchase Order and resolved an issue with data not filling correctly from the Item Supplier table.
· Corrected a problem in Purchaser Order Center where the Part Number was populating the Account Number field.
Support Enhancements
· The Support Tools Suite has been further enhanced to allow the eMaint support team to fill your needs faster than ever.
