System Enhancements:

·         Brand new interface

o         Easy-access tabs for the most common areas, with user-definable tab settings.

o         A collapsible "Quick Bar" that contains user-definable menu shortcuts as well as a list of the 10 most recently viewed records in the account.

o         Choose from four different color "themes" to customize the look of your eMaint account.

o         Persistent sessions that remember the last record or view that the user accessed in each tab.

·         New Dashboard

o         Content can be added, changed and removed directly on the dashboard.

o        Customize the dashboard with user-definable content or create and publish reports from the query builder to the dashboard.

o         Tab interface on the dashboard allows for defining multiple dashboard views for easy content sorting. 

o         Two types of tabs: a system tab for all users and a private tab for personal use.

·        Edit in Place. Feature that allows you to make changes by double-clicking the value of a field instead of accessing edit mode.

·         Multiple Forms feature is now available, so that you can create several different formats for the detail screens of assets, work orders, parts, contacts, etc. that have a distinct layout and field structure specific to the type of record you are managing. 

·         Workflow Manager allows you to create and customize rules that perform actions when specific criteria is met.

·         Queries can be emailed automatically based on the interval you define.

·         Meter readings can be imported from a spreadsheet using the new menu item “Meter Import”.
