System Enhancements:
· Launched the Condition Monitoring module.
· Added system settings for the “hover panels”. Users are now able to set the time it takes for the hover panel to appear and have the ability to turn the panels on and off.
· Made enhancements to the multiple forms feature.
· Enhanced the Dashboard including:
o More permissions for better security.
o Better “Add Content” window to include widget descriptions.
o The ability to rearrange, rename, and remove tabs.
· Added a routine to the PM Schedule that includes a field called “Readclose”. This field displays the meter reading as of the last PM work order closing.
· Changed the behavior of the “Clear” link on the list forms. It now clears the values from the filter boxes but does not refresh the page.
· Added some enhancements to the Workflow Manager:
o Added the “After Parts Charge Save” option.
o Added the “After Misc Charge Save” option.
o Made adjustments to the available “Action” options on “After Labor Charge Save”.
o Added the ability to manipulate fields on related tables other than the workflow rule’s native table.
o Fixed the “Go Back” link so it sends the user back to the Workflow detail screen properly.
· Added the “eMaint Ideaport” link to the top right of the screen.
Bug Fixes:
· Fixed a bug with Email Work Requests that didn’t insert carriage returns properly.
· Refined the Meter Manager so that it handles meter reading adjustments properly.
· Added a 24 hour maximum per day on “Hours” type meter readings.
· Fixed a bug that prevented a user from viewing detailed Work Order Charge information when “Editing Closed Work Orders” was turned off.
· Fixed a bug that changed the URL of a list lookup’s key field when the data dictionary record was modified.
· Adjusted the Workflow Manager to prevent workflows from changing values in certain fields, such as a keyfield.
· Changed the loading behavior of the GoTo panel so it loads faster.
· Fixed a bug with the Multi-line text fields that didn’t display carriage returns in detail view.
· Removed the hover panel for a MISC work order charge due to an error it displayed.
· Fixed the Weblink fields so that errors are no longer produced when the File button is used.
· Removed a javascript error that appeared on the Work Order Labor Charge screen when you select a Category that has no contacts.
· Adjusted the list sorting on the Work Order Charges table to display the newest charges on top, oldest on bottom.
· Made some changes to the graph reports so it will allow apostrophes in field values.
· Made several javascript fixes to the Dashboard. Errors were caused by:
o Moving a widget to a different column on the same tab.
o Adding a tab with any punctuation or symbols in the name.
o Adding a tab and, when certain conditions are met, a dash appeared before the tab’s name.
· Fixed a javascript error when carriage returns are used in Calendar activities. Appeared in Internet Explorer 6 only.
· Corrected an “Edit In Place” issue that loaded an entire webpage in a single field when used on the Item Supplier form.
