Version 10.0.3
General System Enhancements
· New addition to the PM Task Publish Tool which will now publish ALL fields that are identical on the related PM schedule, rather than just the standard Brief Description and Detailed Text.
· Added the capability to List Lookups so that you may point your list to the same table as the lookup. This allows you to, for instance, add a List Lookup to your Asset file which points to the Asset file. A common request for this feature is based around the "Parent/Child" relationship method of organizing equipment.
· Added the ability to import Meter Readings based on PLC ID# using the "Meter Import" feature, which imports meter readings from Excel spreadsheets.
· Released the display of the "Related Assets" for the Inventory file. Now, when viewing the detail record of a Part, you can access the related table at the bottom of part screen to view or add assets that are associated with the part, just as, when you are on an Asset record, you can view or add parts that are associated with the asset. This feature uses the existing relationship between Assets & Parts and does not require backfill. Data can be published to this related table from either the Parts or Assets.
· Placed the "Print Barcode" feature into the Asset file
· Added the ability for Work Requestors to run reports that the Account Administrator releases as "Requestor Reports."
Bug Fixes
· Corrected the possibility of a Work Order Labor Charge displaying incorrect name information in the event of an incomplete server hit.
· Corrected the problem of HTML Work Order Printouts not displaying the description of a charge.
· Corrected the incorrect display of arrows and buttons in List View, commonly reported in Safari browser.
· Corrected problem with "Copy PM Schedule" copying asset-specific meter information to the new asset (i.e., "Meter To Date," and "Last PM Produced At").
· Corrected issue where typing a comma in a numeric field would truncate data after the comma.
