eMaint X3 Release Version 10.2.2
We are pleased to announce an update of eMaint X3. Since you are an eMaint X3 Online customer, this upgrade will be automatically be applied to your account. We will begin rolling out this update on Tuesday, July 20th, 2010.
This release of X3 includes a major update to the Purchase Order Center
and the Purchase Order view, as well as other user interface enhancements.
Details of this release:
- Purchase Order Center -
The Purchase Order Center has gone through a major redesign to make it easier to
use and more configurable. Enhancements include:
- Addition of the "Custom Filter" tool which will allow for users to setup their own unique filter that is easily selectable and is stored for the next time that user accesses the tool.
- Sortable: Now you can sort the PO List by any value that exists on the Purchase Order.
- Customizable: You can now select what fields you would like to see and in what order.
- Purchase Order Tab - The Purchase Order Tab gives users a new and familiar way to access and filter through the PO records in your account. This tab uses the standard list view seen in all other major data entry areas of the system.

- Related Table Panels - A major speed of use enhancement to the X3 application, this feature will now open all related forms (assignments, related parts, tasks, etc) in a panel rather than opening an additional or existing window browser window. This should streamline navigation and speed data entry into these areas. Also, on the panel there is now an option to save and continue, allowing you to quickly enter multiple records at once.
- User ID inclusion in emails - Now when a user selects the "Email" option on a work order their User ID will be included in the body of the email for simplified tracking.
