eMaint X3 Release Version 10.2.3
We are pleased to announce an update of eMaint X3. We will begin rolling out this update on Tuesday, August 10th, 2010.
This Release of X3 includes an update to the Data Explorer interface, a
new "Drill Down Lookup" and some reported bug fixes.
Details of this
release:
- Data Explorers - The data explorers have been updated
with a new look and additional functions. Additional functions that have been
added are unlimited drill down levels, a PM and Work Order explorer option, the
ability to add a work order or request directly from an asset record, and a much
improved user interface.
- Drill Down Lookups - This new lookup
type will allow users to create a group of drop down fields that will "drill
down" to a specific group of records using values stored in the
database.
- "Expand All" option added to new Purchase Order Center
- Based on your direct feedback an "Expand All" option has beeen added to the
new Purchase Order Center. This will expand all records out at once for quicker
review of data.
- Work Order List in Scheduler tool now
customizable - A new option has been added to the Scheduler tab to allow
users to define the fields that are displayed in the work order
listing.
- Bug Fix - Dashboard Graph Display - A problem with the
display of dashboard graphs in Firefox and Chrome has been corrected.

Bug Fix - Date/Time Picker - The date/time picker has been updated to
display the correct format based on the admin system settings .
- Bug
Fix - Email Link in PO Center - A bug was repaired that was stopping the
email link in the Purchase Order Center from picking up the Supplier's email
address.
- Bug Fix - Processing of a Pending PO - Previously when
assigning a Purchase Order # to a Pending PO the counter would skip a value.
This has been corrected.
