eMaint X3 Release Version 10.2.5
We are pleased to announce an update of eMaint X3. We will begin rolling out this update on Thursday, December 2nd, 2010.
This release of X3 includes a large amount of enhancements and bug fixes to existing features within X3.
Details of this release:
- Update to eMaint MX Mobile -The mobile user interface has been refined significantly. Mobile users now have the ability to view and approve requests. Workflows and automated emails are now triggered while processing work orders. Also, multiple bug fixes have been implemented in the various areas of the mobile application.
- Consolidated Account Enhancement - Now Consolidated Account users will be able to report on more data than ever. New areas available include Work Order Assignments and Procedures, Related Parts, and Inventory Suppliers.
- Email Enhancements (Purchase Orders and Workflows) - The Purchase Order email function has been enhanced to allow for additional "Comments" to be included in the body of the email. Also, users now have the ability to create an "Email" type field throughout the application for use with custom workflow emails. Previously this option was only available on work orders.
- Hide the Quick Parts Button - An option is now available in General Work Order Settings to toggle the display of the "Quick Parts" charge option for those clients that may not want the option available.
- Parts Requirements Now Printable - Also available in the General Work Order Settings, users can now elect to print and email the "Parts Requirements" section of a work order.
- New "After Project Save" Workflow - A new option has been added to the workflow manager which will now allow you to update values automatically after the save of a new Project.
- Bug Fix - Invalid Lookup Definition -Users are no longer able to save a partially configured lookup. A prompt will be displayed to complete the setup before saving.
- Bug Fix - Dashboard Properties - A bug that stopped the dashboard tab properties from displaying in certain browsers has been corrected.
- Bug Fix - Add Work Order Window Sizing - The "Add Work Order" and "Add Request" options available on the asset form have been updated to increase the size of the pop up window.
- Bug Fix - Key Change Update - A bug which would allow users to create key values with invalid characters has been corrected.
- Bug Fix - Sign On / Sign Off Wizard - Previously the labor charges created by the Sign on / Sign Off wizard did not adhere to the system set time zone. This has been adjusted to function properly.
- Bug Fix - PM Email Adjustments - The terminology in the PM email notifications has been adjusted to better notify the administrative users which contacts have received copies of the work orders via email. A bug was also corrected that would send automated emails to the assign to contact during a PM generation even if the PM setting was disabled.
