We are pleased to announce an update of eMaint X3. Since you are an eMaint X3 Online customer, this upgrade will be automatically be applied to your account. We will begin rolling out this update on Tuesday, August 23rd 2011. 

This release of X3 includes enhancements and bug fixes to existing features within X3. Enhancements in this release:

- X3 Mobile - Edit Work Orders - You will now have the ability to edit work orders from mobile devices. An 'Edit' button is now available from the detail screen of a work order.

- Display "Purchases" on Work Order printout - When printing a Work Order, you will now have the ability to print related purchases.

- Login Enhancements - Updated the login screens look & feel as well as added additional security to password retrieval and resets.

- Bug Fix - Currency display - Fixed the hard-coded "$" in the Purchase screen of a part detail

- Bug Fix - Multiple Picasa fields on a single form - Fixed an issue where displaying more than one Picasa field on a form would cause issues displaying images.

- Bug Fix - 45 Day Outlook (PM Manager) - Fixed a JavaScript error that could prevent the 45 Day Outlook in the PM Manager from displaying with certain foreign characters.

- Bug Fix - Item Description displayin in Invoice table of Work Order - Invoice records for Work Orders will now include the Item Description if the line item is a Parts Charge.

- Bug Fix - Scheduler Day View - Fixed the Scheduler's Day View so that it will no longer repeat the first work order.

- Bug Fix - Work Order print display - Fixed an issue with Work Order Printing that displays extra spaces in the Work Order Procedures.

- Bug Fix - Parts Reorder List dates - Corrected an issue where dates displayed in the Parts Reorder List would not accept the system-set date format.

- Bug Fix - Checkbox fields in Reporting - Fixed the behavior of Checkboxes in the Report Writer so they can be used for filtering.

- Bug Fix - Announcement display on mobile devices - Prevents the display of these announcement windows on mobile devices.

- Bug Fix - Work Order Print Display - Fixed an issue with Work Order Printing that displays extra spaces in the Work Order Procedures.
